HOW FAR IN ADVANCED SHOULD I ORDER MY DISPLAY(S)?

This depends on the product you are ordering. Below is a chart of typical turn-around times for our products once artwork is approved. Subject to availability; feel free to contact us for an exact turn-around time based on your area and availability.

Literature Racks: 1 - 6 Business Days

Banner Stands: 4 - 10 Business Days

Pop-up Displays: 1 - 14 Business Days

HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

Exhibé Portable accepts orders through our website product pages, telephone at 1-800-725-5893, or fax 619-401-1327.

WHAT TYPE PAYMENTS DOES EXHIBÉ PORTABLE ACCEPT?

We accept American Express, Discover, Master Card, and Visa. We also accept checks, however the product will not be shipped until the check clears.

WHAT FABRIC COLORS ARE AVAILABLE FOR MY NEW BOOTH?

We carry Front Runner Fabrics for our booths. Imperial, Coal, and Silver are available for next day shipment. All other colors are available within 5-7 working days. To view all available colors please visit our fabric page.

HOW WILL MY PRODUCT SHIP?

All products are shipped via FedEx Ground unless otherwise requested. We offer free ground shipping throughout the continental US. We also offer next-day and 3 day shipping at an additional cost.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET-UP OUR POP-UP DISPLAYS?

Exhibe Portable exhibit product line comes with an easy to read set-up instructions. It typically takes a first time user approximately 20-30 minutes to set-up a 10ft Pop-Up display.

WHAT WARRANTY COMES WITH EXHIBE PORTABLE TRADE SHOW PRODUCTS?

Exhibe Portable warrants the pop-up frame of our 8-, 10- and 20- foot display systems for the lifetime of the product and extends this warranty to the original purchaser. Repairs will be made by the nearest service center. Our Panel Systems carry a manufacturer defect warranty. All defects must be reported within 5 days of delivery date. HOW TO PREPARE AND SUBMIT GRAPHICS?

All graphic files should be prepared according to our graphic file preparation guidelines.
