We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Simply return the items you do not want in new condition within 30 days of the purchase date. However, we are not manufactures of the products we sell and unfortunately we are charged a restocking fee on all returns and must pass this cost on to you. In addition to this the free shipping offer you received on your original purchase will be voided and you will be responsible for all shipping charges.
All custom designed or printed products are nonrefundable. If there is an error on our part we will do whatever we can to fix the issue but we cannot offer a refund because the product was specifically produced for you and therefore cannot be resold. Provided below are important facts about our return policy.

- * damaged products from shipping or manufacture defects must be reported within 5 days of delivery date
